- I am a Korean adoptee. I was born in Los Angeles, California and adopted when I was three months old. I never knew my birth-mother but I know that she is Korean. Although I was raised by a multi-cultural family in the multi-cultural salad bowl called the USA, I never experienced a bit of Korean life.
